Service Description
Maximum 10 participants, including children. The meeting time can be adjusted upon pre-coordination. Meeting Location: Please contact me What's Included: Snorkel Guide Snacks (Granola bars, Chips, Cookies, etc.), Water, Soft Drinks Community cooler (Limited space) Snorkeling mask, Mouthpiece, Fins Taxes and fees What's Not Included: Food (Please feel free to pack your own food) Gratuity is not included in the price. If you are satisfied with the tour, gratuities are always sincerely appreciated. Requirements: [ Liability Waiver ] All customers over the age of 18 are required to submit a liability form via the Liability Waiver email. Please share the email with each participant in your group and individually submit it 2 days prior to the tour. Restrictions: Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. If you do not make it to the meeting place on time without prior communication, you will not be able to participate in the tour and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. What to Bring: Beach towel Swimwear Sunscreen Useful things to have: Rash guard, water shoes, sunglasses, long-sleeve Additional Info: Always remember to keep your distance and respect our marine life; Hawaii's honu, along with several other marine wildlife, are a protected species. The tour may be canceled due to weather and other conditions on the day.

Cancellation Policy
Non-weather-related cancellations by client: Clients may cancel for any reason up to 2 days before the confirmed charter date and receive a refund. Less than 2 days notice of cancellation, no refund will be given, but rebooking will be possible depending on schedule availability. Inclement weather cancellation is at the discretion of Diving Darren LLC. If Diving Darren LLC has to cancel a charter due to inclement weather, the charter clients will have the option to have any payments refunded or their charter rescheduled. Captain Darren will make the call on canceling any charters, as his experience with boating has made him an expert reading the radar and knowing when conditions simply will not be safe or enjoyable to get on the water. Captain Darren will be checking on the weather regularly to see what's developing and plenty of notice will be given to the charter clients. No refunds for gift certificates. No exceptions.
